II. Steps to make baby spinach and mushrooms stir fry

  • Step 1: Ingredients pre-process 

- When buying baby spinach, pick out the yellow leaves and wash them. Then, put it in a pot of boiling water and take it out to drain.

- Wash the shiitake mushrooms and cut them in half. Roast sesame in a hot pan, then pound it to create a fragrant aroma

- Continue to mix 1 spoonful of tapioca starch and 30ml of water.

  • Step 2: Make sauce

- Sauce mixture: ½ spoon oyster sauce, ½ spoon soy sauce, ¼ spoon seasoning powder, ¼ spoon sugar and pepper powder.
